2023 CCREW Attendance and Sponsorship
The first CCREW (Cabin Crewmember Resource Exchange Workshop) successfully took place April 24-25, 2023, in Charlotte, NC. Over 100 registered attendees and exhibiting sponsors attended, representing 21 States, along with attendees from Basel, France, Germany, Italy, Romania, and Switzerland.
CCREW has rewritten the definition of “conference” by creating this two-day “non-conference” event for corporate cabin crewmembers and associated companies. Intentionally designed with an attendee capacity to allow cohesive and interactive group discussions - versus conducting “educational sessions” with Q&A’s squeezed in at the end. There was plenty of quality networking and connecting time built into the agenda. CCREW also hosted the Lead Flight Attendant/Manager Roundtable meeting the day prior and provided attendees the opportunity to have professional head shots taken for their social media profiles and resume portfolios.
CCREW 2023 interactive sessions focus; Networking protocols and etiquette, global catering ordering and communication, international travel and cultural differences, best practices for cabin safety, staffing, and training. Plus, the impact of mentoring and expanding your career filed beyond the cabin, US and international regional breakout groups, breakout sessions featuring one-on-one with the caterers and being a sommelier at 47,000ft, and a session specifically for new to industry. All sessions included panelists with interactive discussions between the moderator, panelists, and the general assembly of attendees. The audience was able to “toss the mic” using QBall Bluetooth microphone balls, which not only added to the fun of he event but supported participation and engagement.

CCREW 2023 was hosted by In-Flight Crew Connections and Minti Cowork and Conference in Charlotte, NC (Mint Hill). This unique venue not only provided a stunning stage for this event, it also provided attendees and sponsors the opportunity of reserving small conference rooms to conduct private meetings and discussions.
